Natural Fitness

Are you naturally fit, or are you one of those people who have to go to the gym to keep fit. i am so unfit i went to a sports day yesterday and know i am in so much pain, never again shall i do any sports activity without training for months before any physical events.


Not fit

I am not fit, but I am not fat either. I am naturally normal I guess.

If I am out on a shooting trip, I always carry about 10 pounds of photo equipment on my back. Its a nice workout. Unfortunately I don't get to do that very often.

if you are aways on the go

if you are aways on the go you will have a average fitness level but if you work around a desk in a office ,and you sit all the time you will need to attend a gym to keep a reasonable fitness level; or even running in the mornings before you go to work if you are able to.

Chubby

I guess I am too fat and I don't do anything about it. I wish I could get my lazy bum ass up but the pounds always come off so hard.

Do you have any ideas how to motivate myself?

i fine convetional means of excersing really boring running on a thread mill is not for me , i would rather play basketball or any form of competitive sports, that way you are working out and having fun at the same time, you can also minimise the amount of food you eat and this is garantee to work.

Eating less

I am not sure that eating less will be that easy. You have to get used to less food and this will take some time during which you will always feel hungry.

well if you are doing physical activities during your spear time you will not have the time to be thinking about food, but initially i think it will be hard , if you stop thinking that everything is going to be so diffficult this will make your work a lot easier stop thinking excerise is hard work.

Walking

For me, the best form of exercise would be walking. When I walk a lot (brisk walking), I tend to be more active and I feel healthier. Now that I am working at home, I rarely find the time to do this exercise unless I go out at the end of the day, I usually go to the mall and do a lot of walking there on my own. I take on every opportunity to walk nowadays to compensate for my many hours of sitting down at home working online.

I am not natural fit. If I dont do my walking or swimming exercise's all the time I tend to pile on the weight. I started really exercising regularly after a trip to Ayres Rock in Alice Springs. Have you tried to climb Ayres Rock unfit.Surprised

Natural fittness

I am older and I find that exersing  is not as easy for me as it used to be. So now I just try to walk everyday. I like walking and I think it is good for you.

Metabolism

My metabolism is high so I sweat a lot and can easily burn calories. Maybe its in the genes. My weight is always right there proportional to my height.

Walking

I also do a lot of walking so I guess it helps.

I am. I seem to have inherited my physical appearance from my father (who's body looks buffed up even without weights training). I still go to the gym, though. Exercise isn't just for the appearance, anyway.

What I noticed about love

What I noticed about love handles is that they don't seem to go away even with a lot of exercise. It just stays there...for some reason. Either they just won't go away or I'm not doing enough crunches and other exercises for the abdomen.

I don't think that eating

I don't think that eating less will be a good solution. As soon as you start to work out or do some sport your body will burn more calories than usual which means that you can eat more. I more of the slim type and due to my sport I eat a lot because it will be burned anyway. :)

Metabolism

I think it also depends on your metabolism. Some people cannot simply lose weight by working out more. Their body does not burn calories as fast. In a way I guess their bodies are more efficient. 

I do not have much of a problem to lose some weight either by simply eating less red meat, but its not as easy for others.

 That's true. I know a young lady who's very athletic. She plays basketball, and even practices Tae Kwon Do. Problem is, her weight doesn't seem to go down...at all.

I'm naturally skinny. I

I'm naturally skinny. I have been doing weights for a while on off. I put on a bit of muscle and then stop going to the gym and lose it again. I went the other day with a friend and we did a warm up on the bike and damn I could barely breath afterwards. I still had sore lungs the next day.

Well....

I think I got high metabolism so I dont get fat even if I eat like a lion :)
