The answer might surprise you, but I believe that the California coast is one of the best places regarding the weather. Usually it never gets this hot in the Summer and the Winters are mild most of the time too. But best of all we don't have such a high humidity here. That means the heat is bearable. Today is the first day where it has cooled off a lot. Right now its very pleasant here (San Francisco Bay area)

We had a little rain here today but it is still very hot and humid , is there any place in the world right now that still has a bit of ice now , correct me if I am wrong is Greenland Alaska and icy all year round. Or is it just Greenland.

Depends. California is icy all year round (top of Mnt. Shasta). Same with Alaska. There are some Mountains that are never ice free, but large areas of Alaska are (at least the touristy ones in the south, Denali NP ...).

South Alaska is about as far north as Northern England and North Alaska is about as far as Northern Skandinavia:

Since we are talking about an ice free North Pole in the Summer in 10-20 years, I think it doesn't matter anyways. Greenland and Alaska will be completely ice free :-)

I just read, that again lots of people have died from heat.

Here are some really sad numbers:

California: 83 people
France: 64 people

Still better than 2003 where almost 15,000 people died in France.

I ordered an AC online, that is scheduled to arrive on Monday. However it has cooled off enough, so that I don't need it anymore. But the next heatwave will come sooner or later and during this one, all AC were completely sold out in my area.
