Any other queenslanders aboard?

I lived was born in corinda and lived in Goodna for a while (near to ipswich).I'd spend my weekends going to dreamland, sealand, surfer's paradise.... and when i think back they were probably the best years in my life!!! Any other people suffering from nostalgia around here?

I did live in Gladstone

I did live in Gladstone Queensland most of my life. I now live in New South Wales, Merewether on the beach. Even though not as close to the theme parks we used to visit them a lot. Twice a year in fact as I have an Uncle who lives in Surfers Paradise. What memories I have.

I live in NSW but travel to

I live in NSW but travel to Townsville Queensland a lot as I have relatives who live there. It is a bit further up from where you live but we always call into Surfers paradise on our way up to Townsville or on our way back.
