Keep cool in theme parks

Keep cool in theme parks

When we went to America we went to all the theme parks and took with us little hairspray type bottles filled with water that we had left in the fridge the night before. In the theme parks they sell this kind of fan/spray for about £20 and they are boiling hot from being in the sun all day - so we saved money and stayed cool!

Good to save!

In going to parks, picnics, beaches and other places, it is always advisable to bring your own drinks and food so that you can save.  These parks and some tourist spots really sell their items for more perhaps they are anticipating foreign visitors also.  There is really a big difference in the prices of these commodities when you buy it from the local store and from these places.  It is also good to be bringing handy things that you might be able to use during your sight seeing.  It always pays to be prepared and to save.

Hm. I have been to rock

Hm. I have been to rock concerts before where they took my water bottles at the entrance (they were plastic bottles). It was an open air concert and really hot. Inside they charged $5 for a small bottle of water. I really felt ripped off. I am not sure if you can take your own food into every park either. Some may do "security" screenings of your backpack and point out that you are not allowed to take food with you. The last time this happened to me was in the Ballpark in San Francisco for Metallica. Don't even try to bring anything there. Same happened at the cow palace in SF.

Here in Australia you can

Here in Australia you can take in Bottle's of water to the theme parks you can even take your own picnic lunch if you like. A lot of the theme parks have lockers that you can keep them in instead of carrying them around every where.
