This is a great photo! I believe, however, that it is a Golden Mantled Ground Squirrel, rather than a chipmunk. I thought they were chipmunks, too, until I read the information you get upon entering the Park. They are larger than most chipmunks, and they don't have the stripe on their faces. I took a couple dozen photos of them this summer, but my photos weren't quite this fun!
