Business Travel to to Carcas - Luxury Hotel Recommendations?
Greetings,
I'm visiting Caracas next month on business and would like to know if anyone has recommendaitons for a good luxury hotel in Caracas? So far, I've looked at a few online and they all look good. If anyone has been recently or has any feedback, I'd appreciate it.
Additionally, info on good place to eat and experience the nightlife would be appreciated as well. I don't mind mixing a little business with pleasure.

I could not name you you a good 5 star hotel, but I do have a word of advice about Caracas: be aware of robbery and voilance. A friend of mine was assalted in the taxi from the airport to his hotel, by the driver and an accomplice. This happens in more places in Latin America. Try to arrange transfers in advance, or use official-looking cabs only.
