We recently had a fantastic long weekend away in Nambucca Heads. Nambucca Heads in NSW is truly one of Australia's great vacation destinations. While there we stayed at the Marcel Tower's. The Marcel Towers' self contained holiday apartments are an absolutely perfect accommodation if you appreciate spectacular water views, great value, being just a few steps from several swimming beaches or five minutes walk to a choice of restaurants or a riverside tavern. There are excellent fishing opportunities at your front door and a free dinghy provided for guest use.
Marcel Towers has an extremely high occupancy rate. Small wonder given the wonderful attractions and the very reasonable rental rates. It does mean that you need to book ahead to avoid disappointment and this particularly applies during school vacation periods.
Marcel Towers consists of seven two-bedroom apartments and six one-bedroom apartments, located in Nambucca Heads dress circle position, on part of the Inner Harbour known as The Glenn, right at the entrance of the Nambucca River to the South Pacific Ocean.

The hotel looks wonderful. May I ask how much they charge per night?
I have been browsing the Qantas site for a few times. They offer the Aussie AirPass for US$1099. It includes airfare to Australia + 2 short flights in the country. Do you think thats a good deal?

"Riverside Place" is a modern two story residence. The ground floor has been converted to a fully self contained waterfront apartment . It is situated next door to "Marcel Towers" and has the same dress circle position on the Nambucca River right beside a small sandy swimming and fishing beach.

Thats Australian $ right? So according to the big G thats quite a deal for a location like this (at least during the off season):
Also, Aussies Aren't offended by being called that - I'm not at least :)
Actually $120 per night is pretty good for that type of location here in Australia. I think it is any way. A lot of places charge up to 150 to 160 even in off season.
