I really like Maui. It has everything you could ever want and more (well almost, except not too many good restaurants).

Technically, I think Hawaii is in the North Pacific, which is why I didn't list it.  All the Hawaiian islands are wonderful, but my favorite is the Big Island.  Perfect weather in Kona, and all that dramatic scenery and variety.

I guess I missed that somehow. I have never been on a south pacific Island, but if I had my pick I'd like to go to the Easter Islands.

I agree I love Fiji. But I still love all the island's in Queensland here in Australia they are all beautiful and I would pick them any day.

I've been thinking about doing another trip to Australia, and seeing if Air New Zealand still has the flights that give you two or three stops in the islands on the way. 

Vanuatu is great! would recommend that place.
