The best time to visit Canada is during the fall months, mainly September and October, and in autumn which provides an excellent opportunity for photographers. Summer months witness the best weather and the largest influx of travellers.

The ski season is typically from December to April, but many resorts are open year round and offer a variety of activities.

I was there near end of Summer and close to Fall. It was lovely, had the ability to go lots of sightseeing and taking a boat ride in Toronto and Montreal.

I personally always like the autumn season. Every events and shooping discounts in autumn is just exciting. But if you want to skiing or something like that, you need to get the ticket one week before christmas. 

Summer is definitely the best time to come to Canada, Skiing is good in January.
