Somebody plz advise the best way to travel around Italy
I will take a trip from London to Rome, Florence, Venice, Vienna, Frankfurt and Amsterdam on October.
I will take planes for London to Rome, Vienna to Franfurt and Frankfurt to Amsterdam, but I'm concerned about the domestic travel within Italy (Rome-Florence-Venice).
Somebody plz advise that I should take train or plane, If the answer is train, should I book tickets in advance (If I do so, does it get cheaper?) or I can purchase tickets on the day.
For your general interest, I'm one of a poor college student so It will be like a backpack trip.
Many thanks.

If renting a car is out of the question, then the anwser you are looking for is train, and yes, you need to book tickets in advance in order to get a better price. Hope this helps
Get the all-in-one ticket. Its a ticket that you can use for more than one time. And find some places where backpackers can stay for cheap or even free. There are some houses that offer their place for free, you can search ti in google. Its like an exchange program, you agree to have someone in your house when they visit your country
