First Timer to Europe

First Timer to Europe

This is the first time I am going to hop out of Asia into Europe. It has always been a dream and this is the start of that dream.

I'm thinking of doing either Singapore > London > Paris or Singapore > Paris > Prague. However, am totally clueless about the Paris <-> Prague route. Can someone advise how I can travel in between the two either by rail, coach or plane? What is the best way to go about it? 

And how safe is Prague?

I would suggest you to take a short trip to the country around paris too. At least take a look at the cities like berlin, amsterdam, or visit the comic museum in Belgium. About the safety, it depends on the area, but you must always watch over your wallet.
