In Man versus Wild Bear Grylls takes you into the Deserts or Jungles of this world and shows you how to survive far from civilization. I really enjoyed watching the show. This guy is really good. In today's show he escaped from the Jungles of Costa Rica with nothing but his knife. He became sick with some stomach flu and he found himself some rain forest medicine. He showed how to built a raft and how to hunt for food.
