Hello!

I plan to visit Tajikistan this summer. I'd like to know if i need LOI if i decide to apply for visa to Tajikistan in advance in my homecountry or there is no need to apply for visa in advance and there is an oppotunity to get visa just at the airport without LOI, arriving to countrie? things to do?? Travel budjet???
