All depends on what your budget is :
Opposite rail station Colours Hotel 2000 Rps. a night_ too expensive for me.
200 metres to right is Hotel Sharada, 200 single, 300 double- just right for me.
For food, Coast to Coast Rest. in Shrungar Shopping Complex, M.G. Road, fish thalli yummy !
