Moving on

I keep thinking that it is time to get out of Penang, but I don't know where to go.  I've only got about five weeks left, unless I change my flight home, and I've given up on the idea of Sumatra and Bali.  I'd like to spend a week in Singapore before I go back.  I fly from there, so that's easy.  I want to go somewhere else, maybe in Malaysia.  I even toyed with the idea of going back to Thailand.  Any ideas?

How about getting out of Asia and continuing elsewhere (Africa, South America, Europe)?

Well, my flight back to the

Well, my flight back to the US is at the beginning of September, from Singapore.  After that I'm thinking of going back to Mexico, then on through Central America again.

Things have changed a bit.  I never did move on, and I developed a dental problem.  Now I'm on antibiotics, to be followed by a root canal.  Oh, joy.  But so much cheaper than at home.
