and i think that  KULLU,MANALI, KASAULI,DALHOJI is also a

Dehradun!!

How can you not mention the beautiful Doon Valley in your list. Famous not only for it scenic beauty but also for the highly cultured and educated crowd, Dehradun will win over your heart in an instant. The capital of Uttaranchal, Dehradun is also known as the Valley of Schools for the large number of world famous boarding schools that are located here. The amazing Garwal Hills also start around Dehradun and the treks there are awesome!

But Shimla is my favorite one.Shimla has been blessed with all the natural bounties, one can think of.
Dwelling on a panoramic location, the hilly town is surrounded by green pastures
and snow-capped peaks. The spectacular cool hills accompanied by the structures
made during the colonial era create an aura, which is very different from other
hill stations.

Anyone one coming india must visit shimla...Cool
