Seychelles Island Travel Plan

Hello everybody!
My plan for summer vacantion is Seychelles Islands, Praslin and La Digue.
What can you tell me about...
Everything will help ...specially ..health care...
I read about: Chikungunya, a viral disease, is transmitted to humans by infected mosquitoes.
Is still a problem ??? there...
