Anyone using OneSuite?

Anyone using OneSuite?

Hey all--

I've done a lot of Euro traveling in the past and usually just bought calling cards in whatever city I was in at the moment--I kept the cheesy cards as momentos since I'm not much of a souvenir collector---I realized last time I traveled for 2 months I spent the equivalent of $90 of phone calls--- and I didn't even call Cali that often...To make a long winded post short--have any of you tried OneSuite abroad? I'm using it now from the states to call a couple friends I made in England and it works fine, just wanted to know if anyone has traveled with it because I am heading to France in a month and want to make sure it's all good abroad. Thanks for any input!

I usually just use my

I usually just use my cellphone when I am overseas. I don't make a lot of calls, so thats just fine.

I got a Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone (SDA). I have Skype running on the phone (voice over IP software). So in theory, I just need to find an open WiFi net, and I can make internatial calls really cheap.

Skype on my Phone

I can check emails with it too.

Generally, I don't make a lot of calls, so I don't buy those cards. Maybe this would be something for you too?

Calls to a landline are not always perfect. Supposedly it depends how the provider in the country you are calling routes the internet traffic into the phone systems.

Skype to Skype is always chrystal clear, Skype to Landline sometimes works well, sometimes has some lag (delay).

I let my best friend use my

I let my best friend use my Onesuite account last year when she had her vacation in France and it worked. I've also used their VOIP feature when I was in the Philippines for calling back the U.S. and I'm satisfied with their service so far.

Onesuite

OneSuite is a long distance “calling card” services, except that the calling card is online. My cousin told me about OneSuite and I've used it for a dozen times already and saves me a ton compares to using my local phone IDD rates. I also (sometimes) uses voip services like Skype for making PC to PC calls but usually when you want to talk to someone, that someone is not online. Oh by the way, Onesuite rates are even cheaper than Skype and most people thought Skype is always free.

I primarily used it to call Europe for business and Asia for my friends and relatives. Ever since I used Onesuite, I can stay on the phone much longer and always find myself enjoying the conversation instead of looking at my watch every now and then thinking how much the cost would be.

I have never used this but

I have never used this but my husband might have to go overseas the first of the year. I bookmarked this site so that I can check it out. It sounds like what I would need. I am so glad I found this thread.

Onesuite user

Hi tater03, just like you I've never used Onesuite until a couple of months ago when I read about it from another review site. I was looking for an alternative phone card because I am fed up with the one I'm using at that time. So I search the internet and found many reviews on different phone card but Onesuite caught my eye because I like what people said about its features (online account records, pinless dialing, rapidial, etc) and theres no connection fees or maintenance fees unlike other cards not to mention the low rates. So I decided to try it and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Now I can make longer calls than before and less cost. Give Onesuite a try...if for any reason you don't like it or it doesn't suits you (just can't find any reason why it wouldn't suit anybody) than you can always ask for a refund. Here's the website by the way www.onesuite.com

Onesuite has VoIP service now

I'm a long time Onesuite user and I was glad when I learned that Onesuite added a VoIP feature in their services. Making outgoing calls using their VoIP feature is free...no charge at all. If you want to get incoming call and a phone number then you have to subscribe to SuiteAdvantage and pay $2.95 monthly maintenance fee.

The good thing about it besides able to make calls using a computer is their even lowered rates on some countries (including Spain and Germany at 2 cents per minute) vs using the prepaid service.

My wife is now complaining that I'm always with my notebook with headset on :)

I use Onesuite for all of

I use Onesuite for all of my international calls because their rates are very competitive and so easy to use. Features like online access and pinless dialing makes life easier for me especially for those long set of numbers when calling internationally.

Very good service

I always experience very good service from Onesuite whether the call quality itself or the customer support when I needed one like if I want to top up my Onesuite or ask some info about for those calls I made the last few days. Everything can be done online but with my line of work which always on the road, getting online is such a hassle. Because I travel so much, using Onesuite services saved me from using my cell phones long distance service and that mean $$$ for me.

I found Onesuite a very reliable prepaid long distance and voip service company.

Me (raising both hands)

I find using Onesuite very handy specially when I'm on the road or some hotels. Aside from being inexpensive to use, you don't need to buy another phone card each time you used up your minutes. Everything can be done online, from changing your account info to checking your call history to topping up your account.

Reliable

I've talked to my cousin last week, he's been traveling in Europe for work and got that OneSuite and he says it was reliable and cheap. I'm also going to get one.

Not only in Europe

I've been calling a lot to Asia lately and I find Onesuite to be very reliable there too!

Thanks for sharing the coupon, I've been meaning to sign up with Onesuite but I just keep on forgetting. Now I have another reason to sign up. Ciao!

Just signed up with Onesuite

I am looking for a voip service last week and read about Onesuite on another forum and they're talking about Onesuite 10% bonus promo for new sign ups this April supposedly to attract Philippine market. I used the coupon when I signed up though I am not in the Philippines and it worked!

So let me just share for what its worth. The promo/coupon code is PHPROMO and remember this will only work for until April 30, 2008.

Another Onesuite user

I only travel about 3 or 4 times a year but usually I need a reliable way of making calls but not expensive at the same time. I found Onesuite also on the internet, through some travel forum like this one and been glad I did.

I love the feature where you can see all your transactions right away and check if you been charged right or if you been spending too much on calls. I can use it on public telephones and also using my Acer laptop if an internet connection is available.

Great Philippines rates

I recently signed for http://www.talkloop.com, when my friend referred their site. They have lower rates and today when I called my mom, the connection was good too. They have various bonuses for signups and recharges and I also got Mothers day promotion. Try them out!

I tried talkloop for a couple of months together with Onesuite last year. Onesuite suits me better so I decided to dropped talkloop and stay with Onesuite.

I recommend Onesuite, too.

I recommend Onesuite, too. I've been using it since November or December last year and have had no problems with it.

Yeah same here. Never had

Yeah same here. Never had any major problem with Onesuite either and in case there are some minor twitch, they got live customer support 24/7 for any concerns regarding your Onesuite account. Also its great for travelers to have a way of calling back home without worrying about the cost of the calls.

Long time user here

I use Onesuite for all of my long distance calls because rate difference is really big versus my cell phone provider. And yes the addition of voip is also a big plus.
