I would like to know how to write the url links in such a way that the text is the only term that is shown and the url link is hidden? If we type the quote tags ([url]), it is shown so how is it done?
Just type whatever you would like the URL to say and then click on the little link icon (looks like a part of a chain, its located next to the format selector).
There you can enter your url.
Alternatively you should be able to just paste the url in the text editor without having to write any text if you are using Internet Explorer.
Its a shame, but people are so used to BBCode, that they don't know how a really good editor works
