For me there is no place like Málaga, Andalucía, Spain, to do language courses and learn Spanish, sunbathing, drinking spanish beers, very relaxed ambient, you have romans ruins, arabs castle, incredible beaches and cheap places to eat where the spaniards use to go to eat "tapas" the offer of cursos of spanish are widely extended in the city. Absolutely a must to visit.
I love Spain, and I love Andalucia! It is a country where you can speak with your own heart, no need to be too diplomatic. You can talk loud, and talk about your culture freely. They do practice their own culture, and practice, because they believe. Dreaming when I will get the opportunity to be there again....
